We believe that societal stability and resilience is built by fostering good operational processes and developing interdependence between the security, political and justice sectors. We have developed and offer a range of services from training courses that support operations to advisory and mentoring assistance that build stability and sustainability over time.
CSSAP can be delivered as a holistic package or broken down into three areas.
TOSG work with clients to deliver the complete programme from Assess to Advise & Assist, which can plug into - and enable - other stabilisation elements. Alternatively, the client can choose any element of the CSSAP to suit their needs.
ASSESS
Operational capability. Identify solutions to enhance capacity building.
TRAIN
Identify training courses to fill knowledge gaps in capability. Implement "train the trainer" courses to build capacity within the host nation.
ADVISE & ASSIST
Operational assistance for real-time scenarios and operations for host nation organisations.
SUPPORTING SSR
Security assisting in areas of justice, law and governance.
INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS
We offer analytical capability, from remote services to emended analysts. Our capability has experience of operating within the highest levels of the public and private sectors.
